CIMT2023 Press Conference was Held in Beijing

On March 21, 2023, the 18th China International Machine Tool Show (CIMT2023) press conference was held in Beijing. More than 50 journalists from various major radio stations, newspapers, well-known portal websites, professional magazines and other news media units throughout the country attended the conference. Mao Yufeng, president of China Machine Tool & Tool Builders’ Association, Wang Liming, Guo Changcheng, and Wang Xu, vice presidents, as well as Feng Yaoxiang,president of China International Exhibition Center Group Limited, and other sponsor and organizer leaders attended the conference, the conference was presided over by Wang Xu.

The CIMT2023 show is sponsored by China Machine Tool & Tool Builders’ Association and co-organized by China International Exhibition Center Group Limited, it will be held at China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) in Beijing from April 10 to April 15, 2023, and the theme of this show is "Collaborative innovation on digital & intelligent manufacturing is embracing the future".

China International Machine Tool Show (CIMT) was founded in 1989 and is one of the four major international machine tool exhibitions in the global machine tool industry. It has been successfully held for 17 sessions, with China's reform and opening up, it has played an important role in promoting and assisting China's industrial construction and equipment manufacturing industry innovation and upgrading. CIMT is not only a grand exhibition to show the world advanced manufacturing technologies and machine tool products, but also an important platform to promote technological exchange and business cooperation between China and foreign countries, it is also the best window to closely understand the changes in demand in China, the world's largest machine tool and tool consumption market.

CIMT2023 will use all 8 indoor exhibition halls and 4 temporary exhibition halls of China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) in Beijing, with a total exhibition area of 140,000 square meters, there are about 1600 machine tool industry enterprises from 28 countries and regions competing together, Germany, Japan, Switzerland, United States, South Korea, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, India, France, Czech, Chinese Hong Kong and Taiwan Region Machine tool associations and trade promotion organizations from 13 countries and regions,organized pavilions to participate in the exhibition. Famous machine tool and tool enterprises in the world will bring their latest technologies and product sto the exhibition.

In order to make sure the exhibition and viewing effects of exhibitors and visitors, and focus on displaying industry hot products and technologies, the exhibition sponsor will continue to use the method of combining national pavilions and exhibits classification, with cross distribution of domestic and overseas exhibition areas. At the same time, there are professional exhibition areas for forming and laser processing machine tool, industrial robot and automation, as well as exhibition area for the application achievement of NC-Link, special achievement exhibition area for numerical control machine tool, and exhibition area for colleges’ window.
