Meeting of Chairmen of CMTBA was held in Bao Ji on July 24-25, 2015. The meeting was hosted by Long Xingyuan, rotating chairman of CMTBA, President of QCMT&T. Zhang Zhigang, rotating chairman of CMTBA, President of JIERMT, and Wang Xu, rotating chairman of CMTBA, President of BYJG attended the meeting. There were 40 people attended the meeting including chairmen & vice chairmen of CMTBA, leaders of enterprises, and relevant personnel. Delegates attending the event visited QCMT&T after the meeting.
Data Analysis Penetrating
In the meeting, Chen Huiren, President of CMTBA, delivered a report about “analysis of economic operation and characteristics of market changes of the industry”. Chen Huiren, based on specific and informative data, analyzed and judged the status quo of the industry, pointing out the noteworthy latest market changes and to give a basic estimate on the development trend of the industry in this and the next years. The report stated that the downward pressure on the machine tool industry has been increasing further; however, we are actively responding to the situation from both government level and enterprises level leading certainly to the differentiation of market structure of the industry and the structure of enterprises competition becoming further emerge.
Discussion of Planning Officially Launched
Shao Qinzuo, senior consultant of CMTBA, complied " China machine tool & tool 2020 ( draft version)". This year is the last year of the "12th Five Year Plan" and next year will be the start of the "13th Five Year Plan". The development environment of the industry will face some new major changes. A new round of technological revolution, industrial revolution and acceleration of transformation of economic development mode will form an intersection of history. “China machine tool & tool 2020" is complied in this context. This document will build a long development vision for China machine tool & tool industry through four aspects of industrial development & environment, industrial ideas & goals, direction of industrial focus and major tasks as well as industrial policies and recommendations.
Standardization on the agenda
In addition, a work proposal of carrying out the “Standards of CMTBA” was submitted in the meeting. It is particularly worth mentioning that the State Council issued "Plan of deepening the reform of standardization from the State Council " on 11, Mar. 2015, the basic principle of the reform is the decentralization of power which encourages societies, associations and other social organizations with corresponding abilities to coordinate relevant market entity and jointly formulate standard meeting the market & innovation needs for the market to voluntarily select and use to increase the standard effective supply. In this context, CMTBA suggests putting forward, carrying out and publishing a work motion on “Standards of CMTBA ".
Internet + Leads to Hot Debate
The meeting also invited Wang Zhijun, President of Ruixingtongtai (Beijing) Management Consulting Co., Ltd. for a special lecture- "Internet +O2O+ meticulous management --- the inevitable choice of effective breakthrough on innovation & transformation of machine tool industry". The contents of the lecture triggered a heated discussion among attendees who aired, one after another, their opinions on that how the manufacturing industry could utilize the Internet as an effective means and how the future manufacturing technology and information technology could deeply integrate.
