就CIMT2021籌備進(jìn)展情況 主辦方接受美國(guó)AMT遠(yuǎn)程專(zhuān)訪
CIMT2021（第十七屆中國(guó)國(guó)際機(jī)床展覽會(huì)）將于2021年4月12-17日在北京中國(guó)國(guó)際展覽中心（新館）舉辦。展會(huì)主辦方中國(guó)機(jī)床工具工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)于2020年6月正式啟動(dòng)CIMT2021招展工作，截至目前招展和籌備工作進(jìn)展順利。
受新冠疫情影響，全球四大知名國(guó)際機(jī)床展的IMTS2020（美國(guó)芝加哥國(guó)際機(jī)械制造技術(shù)展覽會(huì)）和日本JIMTOF2020（日本國(guó)際機(jī)床展覽會(huì)）先后宣布停止舉辦，就像中國(guó)機(jī)床工具工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)主辦的CCMT2020（第十一屆中國(guó)數(shù)控機(jī)床展覽會(huì)）被迫停止舉辦一樣。為了彌補(bǔ)展會(huì)停辦的遺憾，加強(qiáng)與展商和觀眾的聯(lián)系，為制造業(yè)群體提供最前沿的技術(shù)信息，IMTS展會(huì)主辦方美國(guó)AMT開(kāi)設(shè)了全新的線上展示平臺(tái)——IMTS Spark（鏈接：https://www.imts.com/spark/），邀請(qǐng)IMTS展商和全球?yàn)閿?shù)不多具有較高影響力的專(zhuān)業(yè)展覽會(huì)在該平臺(tái)進(jìn)行展示、推介和交流。Spark每周將介紹新的會(huì)議、產(chǎn)品演示、技術(shù)演示、社交機(jī)會(huì)等等，并開(kāi)設(shè)一個(gè)名為“國(guó)家展望”的系列視頻采訪節(jié)目，向觀眾介紹世界各地最具代表性的大型金屬加工展覽會(huì)。在Spark計(jì)劃播出的“國(guó)家展望：目的地中國(guó)”系列采訪中，他們特別關(guān)注了中國(guó)CIMT和CCMT展會(huì)，并邀請(qǐng)主辦方中國(guó)機(jī)床工具工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人參加訪談。
據(jù)了解，IMTS Spark將進(jìn)行為期7個(gè)月的線上展示，一直持續(xù)到2021年3月15日。
為了加強(qiáng)在全球范圍內(nèi)對(duì)CIMT2021展會(huì)的宣傳推廣，加深與全球合作伙伴、廣大展商和專(zhuān)業(yè)觀眾的溝通和交流，中國(guó)機(jī)床工具工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)王黎明日前接受了IMTS Spark的遠(yuǎn)程視頻專(zhuān)訪，就當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)、CIMT展會(huì)和主辦方的基本概況、CIMT2021籌備進(jìn)展情況、疫情防控措施及國(guó)際合作等問(wèn)題回答了記者提問(wèn)。

據(jù)悉，王黎明秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)還接受了日本東京JIMTOF展會(huì)主辦方的書(shū)面采訪，談到了中國(guó)機(jī)床工具市場(chǎng)及運(yùn)行情況，CIMT2021展會(huì)籌備情況，以及為應(yīng)對(duì)新冠肺炎疫情所采取的有效措施等。

早上好，歡迎收看IMTS Spark國(guó)際展會(huì)最新資訊。今天，我們聚焦即將在中國(guó)北京舉辦的CIMT展會(huì)。該展會(huì)由我們的合作伙伴中國(guó)機(jī)床工具工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)CMTBA主辦。多年來(lái)，AMT在CMTBA主辦的兩個(gè)中國(guó)展會(huì)上組織美國(guó)展團(tuán)。CIMT，每奇數(shù)年在北京舉行，CCMT，每偶數(shù)年在上海舉行。這兩個(gè)展會(huì)是中國(guó)最大的同類(lèi)展會(huì)之一，為參展的AMT成員公司提供了強(qiáng)大的客戶資源。

BillHerman-Q1：王先生，與AMT類(lèi)似，CMTBA是一個(gè)致力于推動(dòng)機(jī)床行業(yè)發(fā)展的協(xié)會(huì)。請(qǐng)您向我們的觀眾談?wù)勝F協(xié)會(huì)的基本情況？
王先生-A1：中國(guó)機(jī)床工具工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)（英文簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)CMTBA）是中國(guó)國(guó)際機(jī)床展覽會(huì)（CIMT）和中國(guó)數(shù)控機(jī)床展覽會(huì)（CCMT）的主辦方。
中國(guó)機(jī)床工具工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)下設(shè)28個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)分會(huì)和6個(gè)工作委員會(huì)，現(xiàn)有會(huì)員1700多家，會(huì)員主要由從事金屬切削機(jī)床、金屬成形機(jī)床、鑄造機(jī)械、木工機(jī)床、數(shù)控系統(tǒng)、工業(yè)機(jī)器人、量刃具、磨料磨具、機(jī)床附件（含機(jī)床功能部件）、機(jī)床電器等制造企業(yè)組成。
BillHerman-Q2：請(qǐng)您向我們的觀眾介紹一下CIMT展會(huì)，這個(gè)展會(huì)已經(jīng)舉辦了多少屆了？這是中國(guó)最大的機(jī)床工具行業(yè)展覽嗎？
王先生-A2：Bill，如前所言， CIMT和CCMT是中國(guó)境內(nèi)知名度高、規(guī)模大的機(jī)床工具專(zhuān)業(yè)展覽會(huì)。CIMT展會(huì)創(chuàng)辦于1989年，每逢單年在北京舉辦。目前，我們正在積極籌備將于2021年4月12-17日在北京舉辦的CIMT2021。
·上一屆CIMT展會(huì)于2019年4月在北京?中國(guó)國(guó)際展覽中心（新館）舉辦。
·在CIMT2019，共有來(lái)自28個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的1712家展商參展。
其中，來(lái)自中國(guó)境外的展商874家，展出面積約占50%。包括美國(guó)在內(nèi)的13個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的行業(yè)組織和貿(mào)促機(jī)構(gòu)組團(tuán)參展。
·CIMT2019展覽總面積達(dá)14.2萬(wàn)平方米，比上屆增長(zhǎng)8.4%。
·為期 6 天的展會(huì)共吸引了來(lái)自 81個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的 139079 名專(zhuān)業(yè)觀眾前來(lái)參觀，總?cè)舜芜_(dá) 319371人次。

BillHerman-Q4：貴協(xié)會(huì)CIMT2021的籌備情況如何？
王先生-A4：CIMT2021的招展工作已于2020年6月全面啟動(dòng)，到目前為止，招展工作進(jìn)展順利。預(yù)計(jì)將有來(lái)自不少于28個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的約1700余家展商參展，其中將有來(lái)自于中國(guó)境外的近900家展商參展。
BillHerman-Q5：正如您和我們的觀眾所知道的，受COVID-19病毒疫情影響，IMTS展會(huì)已被迫取消。COVID-19病毒是否也迫使你們協(xié)會(huì)改變對(duì)CIMT2021的組織方式？
王先生-A5：的確。2020年初，一場(chǎng)突如其來(lái)的新冠肺炎病毒（COVID-19）打亂了全世界人們的正常工作和生活秩序。如前所述，我們本已籌備就緒的CCMT2020（第十一屆中國(guó)數(shù)控機(jī)床展覽會(huì)）也被迫停止舉辦了。
目前新冠疫情仍在全球蔓延，未來(lái)一兩年展會(huì)能否像以往一樣正常舉辦，還存在很多的不確定性。因此，我協(xié)會(huì)也在著手開(kāi)發(fā)和籌備線上展示平臺(tái)，希望能與線下展會(huì)形成相互補(bǔ)充和互動(dòng)。但我認(rèn)為，機(jī)床產(chǎn)品有著其特殊性，在未來(lái)一些年，還是以線下實(shí)物展示為主，線上展只能是對(duì)線下展的支撐和補(bǔ)充。隨著信息技術(shù)的逐步發(fā)展和完善，線上展才能有更大的發(fā)揮潛力。
BillHerman-Q6：疫情影響了人們的旅行計(jì)劃，并引發(fā)安全問(wèn)題，CIMT展會(huì)是否對(duì)國(guó)際參展商和觀眾開(kāi)放？
王先生-A6：我們的CIMT和CCMT展會(huì)一向非常歡迎來(lái)自境外的展商和觀眾，每屆展會(huì)都會(huì)組織境外招展，歷屆CIMT展會(huì)和CCMT展會(huì)，都會(huì)有十幾個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的機(jī)床協(xié)會(huì)及貿(mào)促機(jī)構(gòu)組團(tuán)參展。盡管受展館場(chǎng)地面積不足的制約，展覽面積供不應(yīng)求，但我相信這種情況將隨著展館建設(shè)逐步得到改善。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)，我們境外展商的展示面積一直保持在整個(gè)展會(huì)面積的50%以上，我們也一直熱情邀請(qǐng)和歡迎來(lái)自中國(guó)境外的采購(gòu)商和專(zhuān)業(yè)觀眾前來(lái)參觀、交流和采購(gòu)。
目前中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)的航班、高鐵班次已基本恢復(fù)到了疫前的水平，人員流動(dòng)也基本恢復(fù)正常，國(guó)際航班也正在逐步恢復(fù)，這為展商參展和觀眾參觀提供了便利條件。在目前全球新冠疫情沒(méi)有完全消退的情況下，我們將按照政府部門(mén)發(fā)布的疫情防控方案的要求，做好場(chǎng)館及設(shè)施消毒，做好人員入場(chǎng)健康檢查，落實(shí)充足有效的防護(hù)措施，盡最大努力保證參展人員和觀眾的健康和安全。同時(shí)也建議來(lái)訪的境外友人，理解和遵守我們的各項(xiàng)防護(hù)措施，保護(hù)好自己，維護(hù)良好的參展和觀展秩序，確保展會(huì)順利進(jìn)行。
BillHerman-Q7：那么，關(guān)于CIMT2021的籌備和進(jìn)展，看看技術(shù)方面，您認(rèn)為美國(guó)公司在中國(guó)發(fā)展業(yè)務(wù)的機(jī)會(huì)在哪里？
王先生-A7：中國(guó)秉承持續(xù)幾十年的對(duì)外開(kāi)放政策，我們始終歡迎境外企業(yè)來(lái)華投資和進(jìn)行商貿(mào)洽談，CIMT和CCMT展會(huì)無(wú)疑為各國(guó)和地區(qū)機(jī)床工具企業(yè)提供了高品位的展示平臺(tái)，為中國(guó)乃至全球機(jī)床用戶搭建了權(quán)威高效的機(jī)床工具產(chǎn)品選購(gòu)平臺(tái)。
盡管新冠疫情仍在影響全球很多地方，中國(guó)因嚴(yán)格有效的管控措施而迅速控制疫情并率先復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)。今年二季度，中國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)GDP增速3.2%，在全球各主要經(jīng)濟(jì)體中表現(xiàn)突出。
機(jī)床最大的用戶領(lǐng)域汽車(chē)行業(yè)產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)也實(shí)現(xiàn)了連續(xù)5個(gè)月的單月同比增長(zhǎng)，1-8月累計(jì)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)量降幅持續(xù)收窄。
因此可以說(shuō)，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)仍保持著穩(wěn)步回升及向好態(tài)勢(shì)，包括美國(guó)企業(yè)在內(nèi)的國(guó)際優(yōu)秀的機(jī)床工具企業(yè)仍將在中國(guó)獲得很大增長(zhǎng)空間。回顧近幾年參展情況可以看出，每年會(huì)有數(shù)十家美國(guó)AMT會(huì)員企業(yè)參加CIMT或CCMT展會(huì)，參展企業(yè)數(shù)量和面積均有逐屆增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)。
因此，Bill，對(duì)你的問(wèn)題，答案是肯定的！中國(guó)市場(chǎng)對(duì)于美國(guó)及世界各地企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)仍具有巨大機(jī)會(huì)！
BillHerman-Q8：這真是個(gè)好消息，謝謝您。換個(gè)角度，您怎么看CMTBA與AMT之間的合作？
王先生-A8：在1988年中國(guó)機(jī)床工具工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)（CMTBA）創(chuàng)立之初，正值中國(guó)從計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變，那時(shí)我們就與美國(guó)機(jī)械制造技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)（AMT）建立了友好的合作關(guān)系。30多年來(lái)，CMTBA也向AMT這個(gè)具有百年歷史的同行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)了許多值得借鑒的東西，包括學(xué)習(xí)行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的辦展經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Good morning andwelcome to our International Tradeshow Update series on IMTS Spark. Today, ourfocus is on the CIMT show in Beijing, China, organized by our associationcounterpart, CMTBA – China Machine Tool & Tool Builders’ Association. Formany years, AMT has organized the USA Pavilion at two Chinese shows organizedby CMTBA: CIMT, held every odd-numbered year in Beijing, and CCMT, held everyeven-numbered year in Shanghai. These shows are two of the largest in all ofChina and have generated strong customer leads for the AMT member companies inparticipation as exhibitors.
Our guest todayis Mr. Liming Wang, Vice President of CMTBA. In addition to his role as VicePresident of CMTBA, Mr. Wang is Vice Chairman of China’s National Metal CuttingStandardization Technical Committee, as well as a Member of the NationalConference & Exhibition Standardization Technical Committee. And beyondthat, Mr. Wang has been a good friend to AMT for more than two decades, he is anexcellent source of information on the Chinese market and a very welcomingpresence during our many visits to China. He has what in China is called:

BILL HERMAN – Q1：Mr. Wang, similarto AMT, CMTBA is an association that works to advance the machine tool industry.Could you provide our viewers more background on CMTBA?
MR. WANG - A1：CMTBA is the sponsor of both China International Machine Tool Show(CIMT) and China CNC Machine Tool Fair (CCMT).
CMTBA has 28professional branches and 6 working committees, currently with more than 1700members. Members aremainly composed of manufacturing enterprises engaged in metal cutting machinetools, metal forming machine tools, foundry machinery, woodworking machines,CNC systems, industrial robots, measuring and cutting tools, abrasive andgrinding tools, machine tool accessories (including machine functionalcomponents), machine tools electrical appliances etc..
BILL HERMAN – Q2：Could you giveour viewers some history of the CIMT show? How many times has this exhibition been held?Is CIMT the largest exhibition of machine tool industry in China?
MR. WANG – A2: Bill, as younoted earlier, CIMT and CCMT are the two largest machine tool shows in China.CIMT was founded in 1989 and is held in Beijing every odd year. At present, weare actively preparing for the CIMT2021,which will be held in Beijing from April 12 to 17, 2021.
The last CIMT was held in April 2019, atChina International Exhibition Center (New Venue) in Beijing.
At CIMT 2019, there were 1712 exhibitors from 28 countries and regions.
Among them, 874 companies came from overseas, occupying nearly 50% of theexhibition space. Industryassociations and trade promotion organizations organized Pavilions from 13 countries and regions,including the United States.
The totalexhibition area of CIMT2019 reached 142000 square meters, an increase of 8.4%over its previous exhibition.
The 6-day exhibition attracted 139079 professional visitors from 81countries and regions, representing 319,371 person-visits, when you factor in those that visited morethan once.
BILL HERMAN – Q3：How would youcompare CIMT Beijing with other major machine tool shows around the world?
MR. WANG – A3: CIMT is a professional machine tool exhibition with highestpopularity, most authoritative, largest scale and most influential in China andabroad. The exhibition along with Chicago'sIMTS, Europe's EMO and Japan’s JIMTOF, is one of the world's four must-seeinternational machine tool events worldwide. Each CIMT exhibition gathers the most advanced andapplicable machine tool products in the world, and provides the bestopportunity to study, compare and purchase products for buyers and users inAsia and around the world, especially for China domestic purchasing agent and users.

BILL HERMAN –Q4：How is yourassociation’s planning for CIMT 2021 going?
MR. WANG: - A4: The exhibition-inviting for CIMT2021 wasformally fully launched on June, 2020 and it has been goingsmoothly. It is expected that more than 1700exhibitors from more than 28 countries and regions will participate in theexhibition, among them nearly 900 exhibitors from overseas.
BILL HERMAN – Q5：As you and our viewers know, the COVID-19virus forced the cancellation of IMTS. Has COVID-19 forced you to change theway that CMTBA organizes and presents CIMT 2021?
MR. WANG – A5：Yes, a sudden COVID-19disrupted the normal working and living order of people around the world inearly 2020. As I mentioned earlier, the CCMT2020, scheduled for April 2020 in Shanghai, and which was alreadyfar along in its planning was also forcedto stop.
At present, thepandemic is still spreading around the world. As a result, there are still manyuncertainties about whether the exhibition could be held as usual in thenext one or two years. Therefore, CMTBA is also working on the development andpreparation of online exhibition platform, hoping to complement and interactwith live, in-person exhibitions. However, I think that machine tool products have their own particularity,and in the next few years, the live, physical exhibition will still be the main event thatpeople will want to attend. The online version can support and supplement tothe live, in-person exhibition. With the gradual development and improvement of informationtechnology, the online exhibition has great potential as a vehicle that canenhance the live show experience.
BILL HERMAN – Q6：With the virus affecting travel plans andcausing safety concerns, will CIMT be open tointernational exhibitors and visitors?
MR WANG – A6：Our CIMT and CCMT exhibitions always welcome overseas exhibitorsand visitors, and each exhibition will continue to organize overseas exhibition-invitingprograms, Machine toolassociations and trade promotion organizations from more than ten countries andregions participated in the past CIMT and CCMT exhibitions. For a long time, the exhibition area of the overseas exhibitors has been maintained atmore than 50% of the total exhibition area, we have also warmly invited andwelcomed buyers and professional visitors from overseas to visit, exchange andpurchase at our shows.
At present,China's domestic flights and high-speed train services are basically back topre-pandemic levels, and the flow of personnel has nearly returned to normal. Internationalflights are also gradually resuming, which provides convenient conditions forexhibitors and visitors. Under the current situation, understanding that the globalpandemic has not completely subsided, we will follow the requirements of thepandemic prevention and control plan issued by the government departments. We willdo an excellent job indisinfection of the venues and facilities, we will be careful in physicalexamination of personnel entering the venue, implement adequate and effectiveprotective measures, and try our best to ensure the health and safety of theparticipants and the audience. At the same time, it is also suggested that thefriends from overseas should understand and abide by our protective measures, makegood efforts at self-protection, maintain a good order of participation, andensure the smooth progress of the exhibition.
BILL HERMAN – Q7：Well, assumingthe show goes forward and let’s think about CIMT2021, in terms of technology, what do you think are the opportunities for UScompanies to develop their business in China?
MR. WANG – Q7：China has adheredto the policy of opening up to the outside world for decades. We always welcomeforeign enterprises to invest in China and conduct business negotiations. Although theCOVID-19 pandemic is still impacting lives in many parts of the world, due tostrict and effective control measures, China quickly controlled the pandemicand took the lead in returning to work. In the second quarter of this year,China achieved a GDP growth rate of 3.2%, which was outstanding among the majoreconomies in the world.
The productionand sales of automobile industry, the largest user field of machine tools, also achieved a singlemonth year-on-year growth for five consecutive months, and the cumulative declinein automobile production and sales from January to August continued to narrow.
Therefore, it canbe said that China's economy has maintained a steady recovery and a positivetrend. International excellent machine tool and tool enterprises, includingAmerican enterprises, will still gain great growth space in China. Looking backon the exhibition situation in recent years, it can be seen that dozens of AMTmember enterprises from the United States participated in CIMT or CCMT everyyear, and the number and area of the participating enterprises are increasing everyyear.
So, the bottom-lineanswer to your question, Bill, is a resounding YES! China remains an excellentsource of opportunity for U.S. companies and those from around the world!

MR. WANG – A8：At the beginningof the establishment of CMTBA in 1988, China wastransforming from a planned economy to a market economy. At that time, weestablished a friendly cooperative relationship with AMT. Over the past 30years, CMTBA has learned a lot from AMT, with your century-long history as anindustry association, including learning the experience of holding exhibitionby industry associations.
In the future, wewill continue to promote the exchanges and cooperation between our twoassociations and member enterprises in relevant technical fields, and jointlycreate a broader space for cooperation and development of machine toolenterprises of our two countries.
